To duplicate some of the simpler parts ,I would start by dimensioning the stock to the correct thickness. I would then trace the profile of the original onto the new stock and cut that out on the bandsaw staying a little proud of my lines. Next I clamp the two pieces together , and use a bearing guided router bit that will ride along the surface of the original piece and cut an exact duplicate from the new stock. Of the two router bits shown, the upcut spiral bit on the left is much better at cutting in various grain directions.
